| Railmate is one of apx. 50 projects of the Deutsche Bahn. The app promises to improve travelling experience by analysing the customers feedback in real time with the help of an AI. Feedback is sorted by negative and positive and sent to the motorman who can then try and resolve issues noted by the customer, e.g. high temperatures in the train. |
